1.0 PURPOSE AND SCOPE

2.0 STAFF ACCESS AND LEADERSHIP ACCESS
Information provided to staff is monitored and protected by systems administrated by TFRM. Regional Managers have been granted access to data contained in the HRM system for the explicit purposes of onboarding, promotion and discharge. RMs must acknowledge by way of signature that their access is restricted to the three (3) actions above. The Board of Directors, Human Resources, and Information Technology shall have access to any and all HRM and human capital resource management systems..
3.0 DATA PROTECTON POLICY
Any and all data contained within Human Capital Management systems used by TFRM are explicitly retained and preserved by TFRM and cannot be reproduced. Inappropriate data usage and reproduction can lead to immediate termination and legal action. The information requested and contained in TFRM HR systems includes any offline or online data that makes a person identifiable such as names, addresses, usernames and passwords, digital footprints, photographs, social security numbers, financial data.
TFRM collects this information in a transparent manner with explicit, full and total knowledge of interested parties.
